REFUND POLICY
Returns
We generally cannot accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to address the issue. We will require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if they are defective or receive the damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@toynauts.in or WhatsApp at +91-9871943344 with your order number and details about the product defect. Once the exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to the address provided in our return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you want to cancel an order, please email support@toynauts.in, can also fill the contact us form though our website or WhatsApp us on +91-9871943344 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
In case, the order is already in transit, you will not be able to cancel the product.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@toynauts.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return process, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.
As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. The product packaging is damaged or damaged during transit.
2. The product you received is damaged after opening the courier box.
3. The product is incorrectly printed or wrong product you have received it.
4. The estimated delivery time is exceeded
5. The post office confirms that you did not receive your order.
6. The product has defects that affect normal use.
7. The date you requested a refund is more than 90 days old.
